Suzuki's incompetence is a nightmare!!!

Suzuki is one of the worst motor vehicle company in South Africa! my car has been with their so called dealer since End Of May. its now September the 11th and I still do not have my car with me. Even worse, they couldn't be bothered with offering me another car to use whilst they fixing my car and they clearly do not have CRM management tool because if they did, they would realize that my query or problem has still not been resolved. The person(@suzukiroodepoort) entrusted with fixing my car has a different e-mail address then the rest of the Suzuki officials or representatives. there are no follow-ups and this is their head office. Their head office has a dont care attitude towards me as if I did something wrong. they have been lying to me since the day my car was towed to their Roodepoort dealership. they show no empathy and sympathy to their customers. once you have purchased a car from there, forgot about any quality after-sale service thereafter. I have been forced to use taxis mean whilst I am still paying for the car.
