Suzuki Witbank passing the buck
I traded in my Ssanyong Actyon for my Suzuki Grand Vitara more than a year ago. The Ssanyong was never settled,the premium was decucted each month from my account where Suzuki paid it back after excuses each time why they couldn't settle the vehicle.I was only informed end of January of the ***** that took place. I had to take leave from work and drive through to Witbank(i live in Secunda) to get bank statements and to open up a case against Suzuki. Absa refuses to do anything about this and says I am liable until the car is settled. Now that I need to renew my Vitara's lisence I am being told that I need to pay R1300 for the Ssangyongs lisence,until then I am not allowed to get the Vitaras lisence disc which I paid. My work is on the line now as I use my vehicle on site at sasol,i am dependant of my car work wise,this was two months ago so its going to be more than R1300 now. I can not afford this. Today 13 Oct 2015 I was told by Absa and suzuki SA that no one will be liable for the Ssangyong except me, I need to pay everything now. I do not have the cash to pay for two vehicles each month or to pay two lisence fees. My vitara's lisence expired on 31 Aug 2015.i am fed up

We at Suzuki are devastated by the grief and damage caused to customers who have purchased products from Suzuki Emalahleni , and find themselves to have possibly been misled and deceived.
As dealers are privately owned , Suzuki cannot take accountability for the direct business dealings of these individuals. We can also not take action at this stage as we are not directly involved or implicated in these transactions, as they are between the banks, the buyers ***ners of the products) and the previous seller (directors of Suzuki Emalahleni).
