Suzuki Wiper defect

I bought a new Suzuki Vitara Brezza in the beginning of April 2021 from Suzuki Tygervalley in Cape Town. Due to the rainy season only starting now I did not use the wipers regularly. Since I have started to use the wipers on a regular basis I noticed that the wiper blades are making stripes on the windscreen. At first I thought it was dirty but after cleaning the blades it still made stripes.I went to the service center(2021/06/22) and showed them the problem. I also told them that I am of the opinion that there is a defect on the blades due to stripes and lettering printed on the full length of the blades. This lettering and stripes then touch the windscreen which result in water stripes on the windscreen when in motion. The technician took video and photo evidence of the problem. He also checked wiper blades on other vehicles and noticed that those blades do not have the same quantity of lettering and stripes as the ones on my vehicle.A claim was submitted but the claim was refused due to the warranty not covering wiper blades but according to me this is a very unusual problem and a definite defect on the wiper blades. The vehicle has just over 2000 kms on the clock. This to say the least is bad customer service even if the warranty does not cover this part of the vehicle.
