Suzuki Windscreen Policy

At 9 months old my Suzuki Swift's windscreen produced a stress fracture. When lodging a claim I was informed that the windscreen is only covered for the first 6 months. I was told to provide Suzuki with a statement from a Glass company that states the reason is a stress fracture. Which I did. I read my warranty booklet back to front and there is no mention of a six months cover on the windscreen. In fact, it barely mentions the windscreen at all. I then asked Suzuki for a copy of the policy that states that my windscreen is only covered for 6 months. NOBODY could give it to me. Not the workshop manager, not my salesman, not the customer care line, not the branch manager. Nobody. During the process I had to call the workshop manager for updates, communication was few and far between. I am disgusted with the customer service. Now I'm supposed to trust these same people, who can't provide me with a simple policy, to service my car.
