Suzuki warranty and service a disgrace

My car is 2 years old and still under warranty! Cv joints shot to hell and they are trying to blame it on me. They say warranty won't pay. After extensive research it appears it's impossible for cv joints to break within this frame time unless they sold me a faulty car.they do not answer my calls and emails. The menlyn branch and the customer care are as useless as each other. They have quoted me R18000 for the repair even though it's still under warranty. One staff member secretly told me they have to cover it under goodwill .but they still choose to ignore me. The parts are not available from anybody except Suzuki and they are R9000 per side! Which is ludicrous. Other cars cab get cv joints for less than R500
