Suzuki unfairly voids my Warranty

I had just purchased a used 2018 Suzuki . I called Suzuki to verify the warranty and service plan were still in place which they confirmed. I booked the vehicle in for an inspection and they diagnosed the vehicle had been in an accident and then they voided the warranty because it had been in an accident??
