Suzuki too big to provide service

I called Suzuki Bryanston for 2 cars advertised to discuss availability. I was told that they were both available & was asked to come in and view vehicles if desired. I had to travel 60 km for a brief viewing of both vehicles. After initial, I requested a further inspection & test drive on an alternative day which was agreed upon. Upon my second visit same week but Saturday with my wife, we test drove both vehicles & settled for 1 of them. We asked the sales consultant to assist us on a few queries we had via the manager & get back to us by soonest. On Monday midday I had to call the consultant and she provided me with a few details & said she would return my call with the balance of the info so that we may proceed. Later that afternoon I received a call from her to tell me that the vehicle had been sold & inquired why I was not told that there was a possible 2nd buyer so as to consider other vehicles & dealers but no proper answer was given. The manager assured me he would inquire why there was such poor communication why they wasted my time then return my call. I'm still waiting. Its frustrating enuff buying a car but why string a person along for no reason. It costs me $ too
