Suzuki Swift endangering my life

I bought a brand new Suzuki Swift in October 2016 and I have been having issues with it from the beginning. Initially I experienced problems getting my boot shut and if one of the doors isn't closed then the rest of the doors don't lock. We took it to the dealership over 6 times to get it repaired and they would return it telling us it was fixed and I'd experience the same issue with it again and again. It was only after my mother threatened legal action did they actually fix the problem. We then later found out that they weren't taking record of our complaints. Everything was fine for a while until this year around June when I started experiencing issues with my car. My battery died in the middle of the road and I had to call them and ask them to send a towing vehicle. Once he had jumpstarted my car, the man who assisted me told me that there was something wrong with my electronics and that I need to take it in to the dealership so they can fix the vehicle. I went there several times once more and again they kept telling me everything was fine. I then ended up involved in a car accident when my brakes failed on the 24th of October 2016. I took the car to the dealership for them to explain to me why my brakes failed and again they claimed there was nothing wrong with the car. On the 5th of November 2016 my car stopped and wouldn't start again in the midddle of a dark road on a bend. A man approached me and offered to assist me in jumpstarting it and even though I was scared he could harm me or take my car, I had to accept his help because I was scared of my surroundings and didn't want to wait again for a towing vehicle to arrive. I have since taken it back to the dealership and they have since informed me that my battery is flat and they have to bleed the brakes and check on my brake fluid. When I asked them why they didn't check for these issues before they told me they had and it was fine at the time. I am unimpressed with the quality of their customer service and I honestly don't feel safe in my car at all. I have complained to them over 10 times within a year and yet they never seem to find a problem with the car. I fear for my life every time I drive it and I'm scared one day I might end up in a serious car accident and just be a statistic to them about my issues with the Suzuki Swift they sold me.
