Iam soo angry with Suzuki and the dealership Suzuki Rustenburg they are soo unprofessional this is the worst dealership I've ever encountered.

I sent my car for service and the report said I must replace some items 1 of it was clutch plate and then I asked them to claim under my warranty as Iam still covered, then they told me that clutch it's not covered I had no issues and replaced it. I then asked them to claim other parts they just sent me from pillar to post without any valid reasons and everyone I came across at the dealership gave me a different story,I even asked what does my warranty covers exactly no one gave me full details. Eventually they agreed to put a claim and I asked them to give me claim number to show that they did even today no communication whatsoever.

I even sent the email to customer care just called once and told me they'll get back to me it's 2 weeks now no feedback, communication or way foward whatsoever like seriously. They also told me to check my warranty booklet what covers as they couldn't tell me if what I am claiming for is covered or not, I did go through the warranty book and it doesn't state anything only say mechanical.

The worst service ever🚮🚮🚮
