Suzuki Spresso

I brought a suzuki s presso automatic with a 200000km warranty. Only to find out the warrenty on the gearbox is 40000km ive a friend and myself are having the similar issues on our cars he is 1 service ahead of me and now he has to pay for his gear box to be fixed so i am now waiting for mine to go.both cars are under 70 000km.mine is 1 year and 4 months old brought new and been having a shudder since i got it.been in for repairs or a service where i mentioned shudder when pulling away 5 to 6 times in this period.who has a warranty on a gear box for only 40 000km? Seems this car is like a ink printer.when the print head is faulty buy another printer...have found 2 other people who is having issues with warranty from suzuki. Lucky i mentioned this to my brother in law who was looking at a high end suzuki.he went Hyundai instead.
