Suzuki Spares Department Closed

Peter,<br> <br> My name is Elsie de Beer, I am a widow.<br> I own a Suzuki Swift 1.4 car.<br> During the weekend a stone hit my air con evaporator.<br> My aircon is leaking gas, and not working!!!!!!<br> In this heat it is terrible.<br> This morning I visit Suzuki in Witbank and spoke to Tony.<br> As a widow I am not sure how to fix the problem.<br> Tony from Suzuki told me I cannot buy a new evaporator from their store<br> As the lady resigned and no one is operating the spares store.<br> I try to keep with the original parts, but what am I suppose to do now?<br> Tony took my cell number and promised to call me back as he will order one from<br> Rustenburg or Pietersburg. <br> I am still awaiting for his call to tell me if he got a spare or what the prize is.<br> This is really not good service.
