SUZUKI SERVICE SUCKS

<p>My car has been sitting with Kia Motors since july 17th, it went in because i was not able to get it into reverse gear... the technical team on site could not identify the problem and therefore my car was sent to sa gearbox for them to diagnose the issue, the vehicle went in a week later... long story short there's a mechanical failure a bearing collapsed & vehcile is going to be fixed under warranty ... it's now over a month and my car is still there and nothing's being done, apparently they are waiting for parts... the sad part is that they did not even offer me a courtesy vehicle and no one seems to want to help!!! i'm totally disgusted that i'm being given the run around... all i asked for was a courtesy vehicle to help me get by during the time my vehicle is being repaired but i'm being pushed from pillar to post trying to get someone to help!!!! why should i be left in inconvenience when their vehicle is not functioning the way it should!!!!!!!!!!</p>
