Suzuki SA case nr: ICSN-11975| MA3TYKJ1S***7

I bought a Suzuki Grand Vitara in October 2023. End March 2024 there was an oil leak on the vehicle. 8 April 2024 the vehicle was taken to the dealership. They told us that the enjin block crack, and they need approval from Suzuki SA as it is a warranty claim. This vehicle is 5 months old and have 7000km on the clock. The enjin block should not crack. I wrote a mail to Suzuki SA customer care on the 25 April 2024 as the dealer ship say they waiting on Suzuki SA to authorized what they need to do. Then after a few request for feedback, I was told that on Monday 6 May 2024 they will give me feedback, that day has come and go. When I ask, the only response is the case is under investigation. This is now a month and half later, 6 weeks, and no feedback on this vehicle repairs. Now is this the treatment that Suzuki give their customers, for a vehicle that is only 5 months old and the enjin block crack?
