Suzuki Richards bay poor service

I had my Suzuki Swift at Suzuki Richards bay for a service. They told me the front brake disks need to be replaced, the vehicle has 18000km on the clock. They quoted R900 per disk but said it was under warranty because the kilos were below 20000km. I was told they were going to order the parts and let me know when to bring the vehicle in. A week later I heard nothing back from them and decided to call them. I was told that they will not replace it because it was wear and tear. Poor service and lack of business knowledge. They decided to ignore the fact that I was waiting for their call as promised.
