SUZUKI POOR QULAITY TOWBAR- BAD SERVICE

I bought the new Suzuki Jimny end of December, and I had a Suzuki towbar (designed for the Jimny, I was told) fitted which came at an additional cost. Mid January I used the towbar for the first time, the plastic cap broke off. I went back to Suzuki and complained as it doesn't make any sense for the cap to just break off, it is BRAND NEW, they refused to replace it and wants R443.72 for a new part.

Is the quality of the SUZUKI TOWBAR so **** that on the first use it breaks.

We have a 2016 FORD with a TOWBAR ( by the way came standard with the car- no extra cost) which we use weekly, everything is still 100% in tact?

I want Suzuki SA to respond to me and tell me why their products is of such poor quality?

Whats next to break? the Suzuki itself I suppose
