Suzuki Northcliff - Poor Customer Service

Absolutely poor customer service... my car has been in their workshop for over a month and I had to continually call them to get an update on my car. Eventually was told my car is ready on Thursday afternoon. But when I went the following day they were closed for their x-mas party. Once again pitiful communication with client.
