Suzuki Northcliff are the WORST!!!

I have had the worst experience, I do not know how Suzuki Northcliff ever got the award last year. I lost my car during lockdown, my family helped purchase a 2nd hand vehicle. We scoured Gauteng for a full month, almost being ****med a few times. Finally, we found a Tata Bolt in our 2nd hand price range. I was so excited, because it was at a 'proper' dealership who wouldn't **** us. The branch was all too keep to assist before purchase, one I had the car, they ignored me. I went to the dealership twice after making an appointment with the agent who assisted me, they were meant to supply new windscreen wipers, both occasions, the agent was suddenly off sick, when I enquired about the wipers, no one knew. I emailed them with my list of concerns about the vehicle, twice! No one has bothered to reply! Shortly after taking ownership, the car started sounding like a tractor! It was advertised for 89k, we paid almost 7K extra and all I got was licence and reg. I am currently looking into the ombudsman or whoever can assist. This is the WORST experience I have ever had with a company. Their status should be revoked!!!
