Suzuki - no integrity and honour!

A few weeks ago I saw an online advert that advertised the new Jimny at IPOP Suzuki, Joburg South. I sent in an enquiry. A number of days later, I get a call from them asking if I was still interested in the vehicle. I was, so I quickly completed the credit applications, sent through required documents and information. Within a day, my finance was approved and I was told by the dealership that my vehicle should arrive around the 7th of November. This happened towards the end of October.

Then the salesman calls me approximately first week of November. I was excited because I thought that my vehicle had arrived earlier than planned and he was calling me to tell me to collect......

What a let down! He called to tell me that the original customer that had declined the vehicle now suddenly changed her mind. Now my deal was off!!!!!

What **** is that? If you get out of a que, you lose your place!!!

Suzuki! Your service, ethics, integrity and word is worth nothing!!!!!!

This has left a very bitter taste in my mouth!
