Suzuki Motor Warranty

<p>I bought a Suzuki Swift GA 1.2, 2016 model in January . My car broke down last week 5 months down the line of driving the car. The clutch is already burnt out and needs to be replaced. I thought I could use the warranty that came with the vehicle when I bought it but the process has been a nightmare. Instead of helping and using the promised warranty which clearly states that the warranty covers any part damaged within 3 years of buying the car (unless if the part breaks because of negligence). The Suzuki personnel have just been ignoring me and it seems no one understands the warranty. My car is currently at the Suzuki Bramley and no one has gotten back to me from the customer care. I am a reasonable driver and I dont expect the cluth of a new quality vehicle to burn out in 5 months. The warranty is not real and I would advice you to not get a Suzuki vehicle!! Its all nice when they sell you the car but It is a nightmare when they have to deliver on their promises</p>
