On the 9th of October 2023 I app**** for car finance through them (Suzuki) which was approved during the day. One of the lady(Sonadia) from there finance called me to congratulate me and finish the process which we did discuss everything including the installments which she also ask to give my information to one insurance company to call me for a quote which I agree. After a while the sales man called to ask me when will I be able to collect the car which I told him that on Thursday which he rep**** by saying that's great the car would be back from road wealthy testing. When I arrive to Suzuki Malmesbury on Thursday on 12 October 2023 the sales man tald me that they have canceled my order and they have sold the car to someone. They never see it as important to let me know on time so that I don't drive 50km to collect the car which they sold to send person and so that I don't waist my time. The only question is WY they cancel my offer? 1. To me is that mybe because am black. 2. Maybe sales man (kobus) and finance (Sonadia) lady were bribed to cancel my odder.
