Dear Suzuki GWM National,

I would like to acknowledge the amazing support of your Boksburg branch, yet again. I was informed about a leak in my fuel tank by a petrol attendant, and I immediately phoned Suzuki/GWM Boksburg. Melany Parry arranged everything and did so with professionalism as well as a caring touch. She had called me every second day to inform me of the progress of my vehicle and has arranged for the correct parts to be ordered to fix the issue- she even gave me advice as to how to counteract the issue until the part arrives to be fitted. I believe this branch has some of the most amazing people, who are more than efficient and ensure that all who have the privilege of owning a Suzuki is looked after like family! My praises are endless for their amazing service and would recommend that every single person should trade in their other cars to get a Suzuki.

I thank Melany and the Boksburg branch for continuing with their fantastic conduct and setting the standard very high for all other car brands to try reach Suzuki's superb service.
