Suzuki Ipop Exceptional Service -Felt like the only customer

<p>HAPPY EMPLOYEES= HAPPY CUSTOMERS 10/10</p> <p> </p> <p>I am out of words of the service I have received from Suzuki Ipop at JHB South. I had cancelled a deal with another dealer (not suzuki) because of poor customer service. I then sent a request online for Suzuki on a sunay and monday Franz Gafane called and we arranged to test drive.He organised a driver to pick me up for the test drive and dropped me off after. I fell inlove with the car especially after the warm service and response I was receiving from Franz. It was alreasy after 4pm to 5pm but I tell the smile he and his team (drivers-Jimmy and Mei) were nothing but awesome at that time I am just out of work mode cos its almost home time.</p> <p> </p> <p>Franz has been running around and assisting me and within four days my car had been fitted with the accessories I had requested,the tracker and ready just for me. Aybo ,I felt like the only customer at the whole Suzuki Ipop branch. I am out of words and so happy to have made a choice of Suzuki Baleno. I received first class service until I picked up the car. Franz even sent a driver during my application to take me to the bank for statement ,I was very stunned at how he still also greets me over the fone ;professional,kind and welcoming even if he had spoken to me 6 times already. The level of service I received I had never expected it and I am happy to say Franz Gafane and all who have been involved with this deal ,they are the best and I love my car and I loved the spirit of oneness that the Branch at Ipop creates. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
