Suzuki Ignis dangerous to drive!

My car regularly (a few times a week) doesn’t engage in Drive or Reverse gear. Although the gear stick is in the drive or reverse position it shows Neutral on the panel.

I had it with the dealer on several occasions. First they said it was my imagination, but after I posted here and on Facebook about it in June and taking a video of it happening again they finally removed the gearbox and found a "slight deformation" on the “clutch shift fork shaft” (the manual part that operates the clutch release bearing). The part was replaced but a few days later I had the same experience.

When I took it in again they said that there is no fault, it is because I am not depressing the brake while shifting the gears, but this weekend it happened again and I again took a video indicating that I was in fact depressing the brake as I had been doing all along.

They refuse to do anything further about my complaint since they say that it is a "characteristic of the car which they cannot change to suit me".

It is extremely dangerous to get stuck in the middle of the road if your car does this, imagine while you are trying to park your car or doing a 3 point turn, etc..
