Suzuki Ignis Amt problem

6 months after purchasing a new Ignis it needed a clutch replacement, I have asked for an explanation as to why my 6 month old car with 15, 000km needs a new clutch, twice I have asked and stated that if I do not receive a suitable answer I will take my experience to social media, to date I have not received an explanation as to why it needed a new clutch. No apologies, nothing! The only explanation I received was from the service advisor at the dealership who said we had to do the same to another Ignis, I will now take this up directly with the dealer principal but as far as Suzuki SA is concerned I am very disappointed.
