Suzuki ignis
I bought a suzuki ignis in 2020, 2 weeks after having the vehicle I called the dealer to advise I am not happy with the vehicle, keeps loosing power, gears sticking, burning smell, shuddering and the list goes on. The dealer told me it's the way in which I am driving the vehicle
Since 2020 I have taken the vehicle in complaining about the same thing, the one dealership went as far as telling me "should we find a fault with your vehicle, we may as well close our doors" . It doesn't end there
Eventually suzuki agree to rebook the vehicle, again we can't find any fault with your car, is what I am told. 2 weeks later, they Eventually realized the fly wheel was not installed correctly.
Suzuki do not accept that this was a manufacturer defect, they will not confirm that the vehicle will not be a problem going forward and they will not replace the vehicle either.
Very sad indeed as now one loose thousands whilst suzuki gain thousands
