Suzuki customer care

Customer care is of no use I must wait 4 days for parts after I paid for it They don't care about VOR

they just say it is what it is and you must just live with it

business vehicles standing and they don't care ,its just procedure

why is there customer care if they only a messenger between dealers and customers and not able to solve problems

definitely not buying another suzuki and will remove the current suzuki vehicles from my fleet
