Suzuki Ciaz Infotainment System Ri****

my wife bought a Ciaz recently, big problem we had is the fact that if for whatever reason the battery dies, and once you get it running again, the media player/infotainment system asks for a password or pin code, aand if you get it wrong , it then asks for a master reset pin (seriously!!!) we then contacted the suzuki dealer and guess what??? they wanted us to bring the car in and produce proof of ownership , which is all fine, but then they wanted to send the unit away to their head office somewhere in JHB and put the pin in and charge us a ridiculous R900 (ZAR) just to type in a flippin pin number...firstly that is clearly highway *******, secondly why cant they just give us the pin to input ourselves, absolutely no reason to remove the unit from the car in order to type in a pin number!!!!! especially when we bought and paid for the car ,not ******!!!,,,heaven forbid the battery dies on you a few times...money maing ****!!!...seriously not on suzuki!!!
