Suzuki Centurion not sorting out problems and no feedback

Been struggling to get the radio in this car working for more than 2 years. Not getting feedback from Suzuki Centurion after numerous occasions and then getting mail to say I must bring in the car again. Radio has been replaced about 3 times already from the installers and now again not getting back to me and after sending emails after emails being told I need to bring the car in AGAIN. Suzuki Centurion has a very lazy approach when it comes to "small" problems in their eyes.. I have been inconvenienced enough now!!!!
