Suzuki Centurion

Good Day

I just want to bring under your attention the following issues that I am experiencing with Suzuki Centurion:

I bought my Suzuki Swift 1.2 RS on the 5th of January 2018 at Suzuki Centurion as a demo model with 12 500km, currently on 47 000km's roughly.

I was driving home the one evening where one of my friends sat in the backseat of the car and brought to my attention the noise of my right back wheel. So he suggested I take my car for wheel alignment and balancing.

So I took my car for a wheel alignment on the 27/07/2019 at TyreMart in Menlyn, when I started noticing a lot of other issues as well.

On the 29th of July I took my car to Suzuki Centurion and they didn't seem like they were willing to help at all, so I got a second opinion from another Suzuki dealership, who when the guy took the car for a test drive pointed out to me issues that I should not be having at this low amount of km's.

He advised me on what he thought the issues was from driving the car and listening to the noises and any problems visible. He told me what I should do, and to take the car back to Suzuki Centurion as well. He truly thought it was unsafe for me to drive the vehicle and told me to stay below 80 km's just to be safe.

So I took back the car to the dealership and brought to their attention the following: - There is an noise coming from my front left wheel. (Could be the bearings - suggestion from the dealership I took it to for a second opinion.) - All 4 my tyres was manufactured in 2016, so they sold me the car with old tyres which now have flatspots and are starting to crack on the side. Whereby if a blowout should occur, my insurance will not pay out. - The spare tyre is the wrong tyre for my car, as well as the nuts that go with it. - My current tyres and rims that I have on does not have the correct nuts as well. Where there were also previously an issue where they stripped things on my right back wheel, so they took the car to "fix it". Which now seems to have caused more damage. - Both my front seats are starting to come loose at some of the stitching. Which they said they will look at. - My gears and cluth are notchy and according to Suzuki Centurion it is not their problem, stating that they had a client who's clutch and gears were finished below 10 000km's (which to me sets of a flag of the quality of the brand) .

They informed me that they will be quoting me for the repair on the above mentioned, on top of the amount of the service that was just completed , so I asked for a diagnostic report. They informed me that they cannot supply me with an official report, since they did not put the car on any machine but took it out for a test drive to listen what the problems is (confirmed via email - please find attached). They stripped the car according to them.

They are now quoting me R12 189.74 for something that I feel the warranty needs to cover (Some costs are not part of this issue), which brings me to my next issue:

-My warranty according to them is expiring October 2019, which cannot be possible since I only bought the car 5th January 2019. A warranty that is supposed to be longer than this ridiculous warranty. - There are also chips on my bonnet (which is normal), but the abnormality which was pointed out was that it was rusted which is not suppose to happen this fast. - I also bought the car with a very visible mark on the bonnet which they still cannot get out. Looks like a paint mark.

The car is still at the dealership, because I want this to be sorted before I get my car back. My business is dependant upon me having transport, which I currently don't have, since they are incapable of sorting out this issue, which in turn is costing me to lose business.

I truly hope I won't have to take this to HelloPeter or to Suzuki Global in Japan.

I am at a point where I will never in my life by another Suzuki due to the dealership and all of the above mentioned, since this to me is ********* business. I recommend to everyone who is currently looking at Suzuki not to buy the brand, since it does not seem to be trust worthy and they fully agree after hearing about these issues. As I have also started to look at other brands.

I also don't know how Suzuki Centurion can hold the title for dealership of the year, Platinum dealer and service center if this is the type of business they do.
