Suzuki Bryanston bad service

I wish I never bought a car from Suzuki Bryanston and gave them such a good review. I'm struggling to get my money back from the maintenance plan that I opted not to take. Seems that once the sold you a car then you struggle. Car has to go back for smash and grab that was not done 100% in the first place.
