Suzuki breakdown

When my Suzuki Swift, with 58000 km on the clock, broke down due to overheating my experience was that Suzuki Auto firstly looked for ten (10) excuses not to repair the car (under warranty) rather than looking for one (1) reason to repair the car. It was established that the thermostat was defective (by emerging it in boiling water)
