Suzuki Bramley - Common CVT problem on Suzuki's

I have a SUZUKI SX4 2.0 CVT, on taking her for a routine service, 9th Feb 2018, odo 50, 000km and complaining about a whiny sound as per EVERY other service. The mechanic told the service desk the gearbox is stuffed, R60000 to R80000 to replace but the worksop manager will come and chat with me. Deon, the workshop manager never spoke to me in over an hour. They then decide to go to Suzuki SA to tr and claim waranty. Still no feedback. The mechanic was left to explain. I was told I can leave with the vehicle. On follow up we were advised that suzuki sa wants them to claim from our motorite policy. So this process started Suzuki Bramley claiming R160 000 from motorite. What ****! After negotiations between Suzuki and Motorite went up the creek. Motorite sent the car to Mayfair Gearbox to check and assess the damage not thumb suck like Deon. Car was collected 21st Feb-18. Feedback from motorite, Graham was that Mayfair found no issues on the gearbox and insist that it is a engine issue. On the 27th Feb-18 Suzuki SA refused to go and check the car at Mayfair and requested it to be taken to a Suziku branch. We were informed that the car will be taken to Suzuki Northcliff. On the 2nd Mar-18 we were told by Deon from Suzuki Bramley that there is a known problem with the Suzuki CVT models, the torque converter shifts. They normally just claim from waranty. Why s my car back at Suzuki Bramley? Why after complaining about the same noise EVERY SINGE SERVICE suddenly after warranty it is the gearbox? I have now been without transport for more that 2 weeks! I am so sick and tired of everyone's BS and lies.
