Suzuki Boksburg unprofessional service centre

Im writing with regards to the horrible and unprofessional service I recently received from the Boksburg Suzuki service department, my honest opinion is that they are *********** and have no idea of how to run a service centre.

Our vehicle was booked in for its service of which we received confirmation of our booking and was asked to drop off the vehicle on Tuesday 11th of July. We arrange with a relative to drop off the vehicle, who proceeded to do so and park the vehicle in the service centre and discussed with the service representative who confirmed everything was in order, pictures on the service centre tablet device was taken and details recorded for a service to be done. The vehicle was than taken and parked outside, later in the afternoon we call Boksburg Suzuki and asked if our vehicle could be collected, we were unable to confirm the vehicle reg as this was a newly purchased vehicle and we could not recall at it the time but we provided the cars VIN number/ engine number instead, at this stage after them checking we were informed that our vehicle was not on the property and it was not dropped off, in complete shock we call our tracking company and asked them to ping the vehicle location, who than confirmed the vehicle was standing on Suzuki Boksburg property, we than spoke to the service manager who was very rude and gave more excuses rather than providing us comfort, after sometime he went around the property to find the vehicle which had only been washed and parked on the side not properly recorded as a booked in vehicle nor having the service done.when going into the service centre and speaking to the service manager we were met again with a whole lot of excuses before him checking the device to find the vehicle pictures recorded and the vehicle not being serviced, we than expressed our complete concerns and customer dissatisfaction and requested for the vehicle to be serviced at the Bruma service centre where we managed to get this Resolved. I’m in complete shock of how *********** the Boksburg Suzuki service centre is. We were also promised a write up from the service manager of what exactly happened and more than a week ago this has been forgotten and swept under the rug..
