Suzuki bad service -warranty
My boyfriend bought a Suzuki e-presso and in the 1st few months had to replace the touch screen radio and it took weeks to be authorised, where we had to drive around with the radio changing channels continuously and not being able to even switch it off.
We have been taking in the car on its regular services and only have about 40000 km on the clock. When we took it in for the 30000 km service we complained that the car shakes and has no power in 4 & 5 gear. We were told they cant see anything. When the next service came along we told them it now has no power in 1,2 or 3 and shakes very badly even switches off or stols. They had a look and advised its the gearbox that is leaking on the clutch. It took them 2 weeks to get warranty approval for the gearbox but now dont want to approve to replace the clutch even though it is the gearbox leak that caused the clutch damage. They expect us to pay for a new clutch. This is a brand new car! And ridiculous, when we challenged this even the suzuki service center advised that its wrong and will need to take it up further, we are on week 3 without a vehicle and have spent over R3000 to use another car to get to work. With no answer! Bad service bad quality vehicles! Dont buy it
