Suzuki bad service

Good day worst service at Suzuki Cape Town Took my vehicle for a service on the 6/4/2025 For a service .. needed the vehicle for my daughter graduation on the same day .. While driving the vehicle kept shutting down .. We called the service department to come out on site .. When they accessed it .. they forgot to put oil in the engine When we went back to the service dept it took time and we were very late for my daughter graduation We didn't get an apology for any sort of communication regarding this .. I made so many calls and still haven't received any response .. disappointing and never again will I put myself through that .. they were quick yo take my money 😩😩😩
