Suzuki Auto South African

1.Please don't fit a roof rack at Suzuki Bloemfontein, the current manager argue with me saying if you drive on gravel road the roof rack will always come lose and rattle,so I don't know why will one buy a vehicle that is a 4x4 and not drive such places. 2.If Suzuki Bloemfontein had 3 managers in less than a year it must indicate that something is not right. 3.The 1ste manager how fitted the roof rack did not fit it correct, so when I asked him to check my roof rack rattles, he said we can have a look at it when I service my car, only to find out he does not work there anymore and the second manager says he have to find out from 1ste manager. And only to go there again and follow it up, see there is a 3rd manager. 4.So with everything going on my roof rack had scratched my roof and front runner state that there product does not come loos when fitted correctly and Suzuki Auto South African says that they have to follow the current managers orders, I'm sitting with a roof rack which still rattles after multiple fittings and adjustments by Suziki and a roof that is scratched on a new Jimny. Because I'm a woman and these managers the one after the other does not want to take responsibility for the mistake that have been done by Suziki Bloemfontein and even Suzuki Auto South African for just covering it up.
