Suzuki Auto

I bought my Sizuki Swift in 2023, as I do travel a lot, quickly saw that my rear tyres are due for replacement took it in about 30000, Tyres replaced did alignment and off I go. At about 50000 replaced rear tyres did alignment only then they told my that the rear axle is skew, and need shims that is why my tyres are running off on the outside. Suzuki just say its my problem. I never hit a pothole or whatever thus I require the copy from the factory what the settings were, now Suzuki all quiet no response, I complained about my aircon, requested to have the pressure checked!!, but on my service sheet it stipulate check aircon, what did they check as it is still not making cold!!
