Suzuki and Jackson's Queenstown refusing my warranty claim

I took my car in for service sometime in February and they picked up that the right outer CV boot if I'm not mistaken, I don't know cars needed to be replaced. I wanted to claim it under my warranty but the "claim" was rejected because suzuki suggested that the cv boot was torn which damaged the CV joint. And i can't claim for it because there was probably an external factor that tore the boot. I went to Best Tires in Queenstown and the machenic or technician helping me told me that from his experience there were no external factors that damaged the boot because there are no marking around the area suggesting that. And being the only person driving the car I know that I didn't step into anything that might have damaged the CV boot. And the area where the boot tore further proves that there were no external factors. I went back to Jackson's Queenstown with this new information and pictures to support my claim. Now they said that Suzuki changed their story to say that they not going to pay for my warranty claim not because of the external factors they first spoke about but because of the car was about 10 000 km. Now we have two different reasons for rejecting my claim which tells me that Suzuki or Jackson's just don't want to pay and they will look for any excuse under the sun to not pay. Then what is the point of warranty because it's not like it's free, I'm paying for it through the hidden costs in my installment I know.

For anyone looking to buy a car please do yourself a favour and don't buy a Suzuki car and don't buy a car at Jackson's. They only car about selling cars, they don't care about the safety of the car after you've bought it. To say I regret ever associating myself with Suzuki or Jackson's is an understatement.
