Sukuki S.A Does not know how to control Stock, and the Suzuki S-Presso got issues

With a brand new Suzuki S-Presso bough in November 2020, the car had 11700 odd Km's on it and already giving an issue with the water pump. (On my holiday to the coast I may add, at the coast without the car for a day also). Brought it back to Pretoria Suzuki Montana. The car was booked in and the ETA of the part 21 working days- "HOW PETHETIC". The bad part is that I'm a consultant and must go to clients- The dealership is full of excuses to give me a curtesy car as the Suzuki is still under warranty. Then I turn to Suzuki S.A for help as they know the ETA of their parts. Only to learn they will help me 15 days after Back order was placed. (Who's fault is this? Not mine as I see Suzuki do not know how to control stock). I WILL NEVER EVER BUY A SUZUKI NOR ADVISE ANYONE TO BUY ONE. I had a Ford Bantam (2005) from new for 17 years- without any of this kind of issues.
