****** vehicle recovered at Suzuki dealership in Helderberg strand

My vehicle was ****** and sold to Suzuki Helderberg strand dealership. The ******** used my ID and a ********** letter from Absa bank with confirmation of banking details on it to secure the sale of the vehicle. Suzuki borrowed the monies from Wesbank to pay these ********s. Fortunately for me my vehicle was recovered and I am now in possession of same. My problem is I cannot use the vehicle as it's no longer registered on my name. The dealership is refusing to hand over any documents regarding the vehicle. According to them I should wait for the investigation to be complete before I get the papers. I cannot understand why I should wait as i am also a victim as much as they are. I have spoken to several people in the police department but nobody seems to have a solution to the problem. They have now advised me to take legal action which is going to be a very costly procedure. Any assistance to recover these documents will be greatly appreciated.
