Sold demo model that has been driven into a pole

I bought a 2015 demo model vehicle with 6 700 km from Suzuki Bryanston in May 2015. The only condition I had was that the vehicle have no accident damage. I was assured over and over again that this was not the case. The vehicle rattles so badly and after further investigation - realised the entire rear of the car has been re-sprayed and worked on. Got hold of the dealer and for a week was shifted from one person to another. Finally was informed that I was correct - a customer had driven the car and driven it into a pole. Was then **** to again and told that only the bumper was replaced - when you can clearly see the boot has also been sprayed and there is spray work on the front bumper as well so not too sure how many poles this person drove into. I requested that Suzuki replace the vehicle with another vehicle that has no accident damage. I was treated with such disrespect by the sales manager Naeem and basically he told me to deal with it. He told me it was not viable for them to take the car back. After I told Naeem I would be taking the matter further, his closing comments to me were ''do what you need to do'' Doubt I will ever by another Suzuki. Not after this experience
