Side mirrors not opening when switching the car on

The car is a year old the the floor mats are coming out both at the back and in the front. I have taken my car for service twice I thought maybe the will look at it but they didn’t. And now what scares me the most the right side mirror doesn’t open it glitches now I have to keep on restarting the car for the mirror to open ☹️.
