Shocking customer service

I was looking for as new vehicle and really loved the grand vitara as well as a nissan. I contacted both companies asking for minor and major service quotes. Nissan responded in 30 minutes. Suzuki has taken 4 days just to quote despite me following up every single day. I cannot imagine how bad there aftersale service must be.

I am happy i did this exercise as now i was able to make the correct choice and am buying the nissan.
