Service worth a Million!!!

If i could give 6 stars i would. Had a horrible experience at the Suzuki Montana branch which almost led to me not wanting to support Suzuki to purchase a new vehicle, my opinion was turned 100° the moment i entered the Suzuki Hatfield showroom, i was immediately greated by Lauren Thompson, within 5 min i was showed the car and explained all features of the car in detail so much so that i would have been able to sell the car to a client entering the showroom. She explained wat i asked, did not lie or beat around the bush to make a better sale and assisted immediately with getting my car valued for trade in, she was honest and assisted me with everything she could relating to my application. Lauren has kept me up to date every step of the way and even went out of her way to find me the colour i wanted. I am so pleased to say that i will be driving a Suzuki Hatfield vehicle by next week. Lauren you are wort a million and a great asset to any business, from being completely dissatisfied with Suzuki i went to being a happy client and will be proud in driving my new Suzuki. I am so thankful that my husband convinced me to visit another branch before i give up hope due to my bad experience at the Montana branch , if not i would not have been able to experience your fantastic service. Thank you once again for your exceptional service. I will refer and be a client of Suzuki Hatfield for many more years ahead all thanks to you!!
