Service refusal despite full motor/maintenance
Suzuki SA refuse to cover my 45k service on my GV saying that the last service was 22500km (which they did a 30k service by the way) and should have been 15k over that. I am early for the service and mileage is at 45k exactly, I was not notified by any dealership about this, there was no warning at the last service of the new mileage, the service book states 45K.

Please note that your service claim was rejected by Suzuki SA as you have done 22 417km since your last service. In your warranty and service booklet (Page 7) found in your vehicle clearly states the terms and conditions for the service and warranty parameters that the customer needs to adhere to, to ensure that your service plan remains valid. Suzuki vehicles need to be serviced 1 year (12 months) or 15 000km, whichever one comes first from when the vehicle had its last service.
Your vehicle was last serviced on 22 620km (30 000km service as 1 year since the 15 000km service was done) and your vehicle is now currently on 45 037km resulting in 22 417km since your last service, which clearly shows you did not adhere to the parameters/terms and conditions of servicing every 15 000km even though it is only a year now.
Therefore it was rejected and we as Suzuki SA comply to the terms and conditions, making it fair for all Suzuki customers.
