Selling a Car with multiple faults

I bought a Chev Spark over two weeks ago. Salesman promised me the car had been checked and gone through roadworthy testing. Upon inspection halfway to Cape Town, I discovered the car had never been serviced and was leaking oil terribly. It's been almost two weeks and they still haven't fixed it although it's also been standing for almost two weeks at a local Suzuki dealer (Helderberg).
