Second hand car purchase

<p>We bought a car cash for my father in law. Living far away in Tzaneen, we made the payment and drove downto pick up the car 2 weeks later. I called a number of times before driving down to ensure all was in order. When we arrived, we were casually informed that the second key was still with the previous owner who was looking for it as they unpacked. We went ahead and picked up the car but asked that the key be courriered asap. </p> <p> </p> <p>In the 5 weeks since, we picked up the car, not once has Suzuki Montana contacted me regarding the key. I have had to call and call and eventually ask them to order a new key which has to come from Japan. Again no follow up, notification of expected arrival date. </p> <p> </p> <p>It appears that since the car is paid for and the saleswoman has her commission, no one is interested in making sure the sale is completed properly. </p> <p> </p> <p>I will never buy from this dealership again though I like Suzuki. </p> <p> </p>
