Sealbelts Failing on a 2 Year Old Car

I bought a Suzuki Swift as everyone was always telling me about how reliable they are.<br> The car is a 2013 model with under 40 000KM on the clock, still very new and still under warranty & service plan!<br> <br> The passenger side seat belt does not return/recoil - This is extremely unsafe as the seat belt sits loose!<br> The driver side is also starting to do it!! This must be a defect/ part prone to give trouble?<br> <br> Suzuki Midrand (My Dealer) said that you cannot order just the coil spring, But that you'd have to order the whole new belt (R4 500.00 or something insane PER SIDE!)<br> <br> Even if I did order the new ones
