Sales people aways great but support staff lets everyone else down

I bought a new Suzuki S-Presso in October 2020 which came with a 5 year or 200 000 KM warrantee from Suzuki Bryanston. Within the first week I took the car to the dealership due to a concern about the automatic gear box that caused a shudder during 1st and 2nd gear. I was assured that that this would settle down as it was a new car. After numerous concerns the dealership informed me that it was a manufacture fault and replaced the gear box at their cost. This took them three weeks. Last December at its 3rd service I raised this concern again that the problem was worse. I made a note of the mileage and when collecting my vehicle, I asked the service manager if they had tested the car and she rep**** yes, although there was no change to the mileage on the auto reader. After trying to find out about the warrantee which started 2 months ago, no one was able to assist or return my calls. I arranged a meeting with the sales manager who had sold me the car and he introduced me to a number of people who could assist me. The service dept told me the car was still under warrantee until October 2025. The mechanic that took the car for a drive confirmed in the Dealership managers office that there was a problem and asked me to book it in ASAP. Another week has now passed and every time I call, I only get as far as reception and then it appears that the call is dropped. The told the dealership that I need a courtesy car and she told me to speak to the service department which I did before leaving, I was the notified that I had no chance of getting a courtesy car as these were allocated to others who had newer and more expensive cars.
