Rusty Suzuki vehicle 2 years old

Suzuki South Africa are not honouring their warranty on a vehicle bought in 2018 which has a lot of rust. In the report they provided they included a graph of the humidity in this area trying to assume that this is the reason for the rust! In addition the report refers to rust on a door which isn’t even rust - it was mud! How can you trust a report of such questionable statements. Suzuki are refusing to accept responsibility for parts of the rust which is not due to damage. I have since seen a report on Times Live about the exact same rust issues on a Suzuki vehicle and loads of FB posts of the same problem. Suzuki’s attitude is if you don’t like it then go to the ombudsman. Really bad attitude from Suzuki and I will never buy another one and will certainly not advise my friends nor family to do so either.
